    Simply hire when you need them and send them back when you’re done.

    No cleaning or risk of contamination of product

    The single use liner bags are totally sterile and can simply be put in the bin when finished, with no risk of foreign bodies. Savings in labour time provide another major advantage, with no need for cleaning chemicals or washing (CIP) machines.

    Collapsible/Space Efficiency

    Depending on the height of your warehouse, the containers can be stacked up to 20 units high when empty and 5 or 7 high (depending on which 1000L container on a lorry. This provides a major cost and sustainability advantage as it means fewer truck movements and reduces storage space at production sites.

    IBC Live Tracking

    You access the collected data on our powerful analytical platform, which is ready to use from day 1. The battery powered trackers are easy to install and will work anywhere for five years. They don’t require any infrastructure and you can easily scale from a small proof of concept to a full sized project.

    On average, Arlington stores and transports nearly 200,000,000 litres of our clients’ liquid products per year, ranging from beer, wine, fruit juices, soft drinks, food ingredients, cosmetics / personal care products, OTC and prescription pharmaceuticals.

    All of Arlington’s Liner Bag products meet BRCAA / FDA Standards as well as being made 100% ISO accredited. All materials are Food Grade, and can even be made in European Pharmacopeia grade if required by the client’s product.
